Optional: Add a personal message or greeting to your Mum for $5.00 extra, this will be added to the back of the cushion.

Small alterations are available at no extra cost ie change ‘Mum’ to ‘Grandma’ or change ‘Our’ to ‘My’, please specify if you require this.

We are not mass producers! All of our items are lovingly created in store, at Boonah, Queensland. We take the time to ensure your mug is perfect – our reputation for quality products is important to us.

We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch or collection within 3 business days, however this depends on how quickly you reply to our emails.  After purchase, you will be emailed a proof of your item. Please allow up to two (2) business days for this to arrive. Please check spelling and email back your corrections or approval.  Once you approve the artwork it cannot be changed if we have created your item.  Your item will be ready for collection or post on the next business day after approved artwork.  Note, if you do not require personalisation, your mug will be created and posted, you will not be sent a proof.

Cover is 100% Polyester and Machine Washable, Dry Flat, Do Not Iron.
Insert not machine washable, spot clean if required with a damp cloth.
